Job Summary:
This person will be providing basic administrative support to Raymond James Trust Operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Perform various duties as assigned
- Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing ie. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry)
- Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel)
- Professional demeanor
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $18.10/hour - $24.14/hour
