Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns using RJ systems
• Collects data for preparation of various reports using Excel, PDFs, or from databases. 
• Compiles data for reports and collates into a single report.
• Assists in preparing, reviewing, or auditing reports.
• Schedules, reports, and tracks information for department.
• Forwards documents in system as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Candidates must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Candidates must have 4-6 years of financial services experience and 1-2 years of tax processing experience. 
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent. 

Knowledge of:  

• Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns

Skill in:  

• Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.

Ability to:  

• Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Coach others in the development of their skills.
• Execute instructions and request clarification when necessary.
• Provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.Speak clearly and concisely.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $23.43/hour - $25.12/hour
