Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- RCS Project lead for conversions onto the custody and clearing platform; ability to manage own workflow while keeping key stakeholders appropriately involved and up to date.
- Fosters and collaborates in the development of new client relationships.
- Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform.
- Effective external and internal client communications.
- Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions.
- Conducts effective educational meetings delivering a professional presentation.
- Ensures follow up and trains to inquiries related to services, qualifications, instructions or paperwork requirements for various programs.
- Ensures completion of all onboarding related tasks; maintains Salesforce workflow and data requirements.
- Ensures accuracy, completion and archival of onboarding contracts.
- Proactively monitors onboarding activity with the ability to identify system or potential risk situations and escalates appropriately.
- Builds and maintains key relationships and coordinates tasks with internal business lines demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, client support, or project coordination
- Series 7 plus but not required
Knowledge of
- In-depth concepts, practices and procedures of custody and clearing firms.
- Fundamental concepts of financial markets, accounts, products, and the transfer process.
- Operational processes common to a custody and clearing platform.
- Project planning and implementation.
Skill in
- Excellent communication and strong business writing skills.
- Ability to organize and maintain schedules, as well as present virtually.
- Following-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks.
- Proven ability to be able to multitask and meet deadlines.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour
