Previous Experience in documenting processes is required and a minimum of 1 year of Workday experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of HR processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.
- Resolve queries from RJ Associates as well as candidates and former RJ Associates by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
- Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems, following defined procedures.
- Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.
- Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
- Support the maintenance of multiple controls and documentation associated with the running of the HR Service Center.

Knowledge of
- Intermediate knowledge of the following highly preferred:
- Workday HRM, LMS, ATS a plus
- Human Resource related inquires
- Other Human Resources applications a plus

- Typically requires an Associate’s degree and/or one to three years of relevant experience in a technical helpdesk or other technical support environment or combination of education, training and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $22.50/hour - $30.00/hour
