Job Summary
The Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of business processes for the RIA & Custody Services (RCS) division within Raymond James. Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or training to assist with a variety of operational procedures, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and workflow. Support will be offered through a variety of operational processes focused on billing and data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks focused on billing and data entry.
- Provide support to various departments, including RCS Service, RCS Finance, and RCS Client Engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new systems and technologies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and departmental tools are created and/or maintained (job procedures, job aids, forms, training material, etc.).
- Handle special projects as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 1 year of internship experience or corporate professional experience. Manager is open to recent grads.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $26.25/hour - $35.00/hour
